My personal rankings of valley jobs. things I’d consider: Budget, NIL, fanbase, facilities, location, history - both recent and past, potential

1. Bradley
2. Belmont
3. Murray (if they keep spending in NIL like they did)
4. Drake
5. Illinois State
6. UNI - I think BJ just runs a very good system and is a perfect fit for that program.
7. Indiana State
8. Southern
9. Evansville
10. Valpo
11. UIC

Will be interesting to see how your list matches with what other coaches around the world think

My rankings would probably be....

1) Bradley
2) Southern IL
3) Murray State
4) Illinois State
5) Belmont
6) N Iowa
7) Indiana State
8) Drake
9) Evansville
10) Valpo
11) UIC

Despite Evansville being awful for years (I've lost count now) I still think there is a considerable drop between #9 and #10. Valpo doesn't play in a "MVC facility" and UIC doesn't have an "MVC fan base". Everyone in 1-9 arguably has both, except Belmont does lack in the fan department, but their facility is decent and clearly they are providing the resources for their coaches to succeed year after year.
