The NCAA killed it when they let the big east blow up in size. The big 10 and others followed. Also letting more than 1, then more than 2 teams/conference in the tournament. And now, paying players who were already getting paid with a scholarship. These I think are the big 3.![]()

When you look at these rankings, you have to understand that the environment in completely different now (like it or not). Yes, WKU has better program history, but I believe a lot of the reasoning behind some of the rankings is NIL support. Liberty University is not lacking funds...not buying Liberty over Western KY

You don't have to like it (I don't like a lot of the aspects of it), but that doesn't change the reality that this is now the system we have to compete in.
