Belmont ended up winning

Murray State beat Akron 115-100 (no OT) and scored 68 in the second half. Akron beat Milwaukee by 24 earlier this year.

Salukis lose in OT at 9-1 Richmond 93-84.
Salukis led 50-41 early in the second half, but gave up 18 straight.
Strong rally got it to 74-74 at the end of regulation.

UR freshman guard Aiden Argabright dominated the overtime leading the Spiders.

Salukis out rebounded Richmond by 19, but committed 22 turnovers in the game.

Richmond is 7-0 at home. This would have been a huge win for SIU, but it slipped away

Been watching the Belmont v UE game and Belmonts really good 3 pt shooter keeps getting easy back cut layups. Why does Camp seem to rarely get these? Perhaps his slow shooting start to the season?

Like I said about Gonzaga for years, several of the programs in the Atlantic 10 are not mid-majors. The top half of that league all spend $8m+ per year and a couple are estimated double digits. That is on par with the middle to lower end of most of the power conference schools.

Moreover, Dayton has been like in the Top 25-40 of hoop revenue schools for over a decade at least.

Valpo hit two really tough shots at the end to help keep the birds at bay. The SMWC transfer did a decent job on Walker.

Valley always has a lot of parity but this year feels like top to bottom anyone could get a win. No team is clear and away the best.

I completely agree with you, almost.

As of even a week ago I would have completely agreed. But now, I'm starting to feel that Murray State is that team. The rest of the field will eat away at itself.

And...I hope I'm wrong and Murray piles up some losses.

Their schedule is back loaded though so they could start taking L's coming up.
