Yes. The NCAA would lead you to believe it is so said player can make contact with the schools they are interested in but pretty much everyone that has gone into the portal with that flag has ended up where they've rumored to be tampered by. I don't think any of us had any belief Robbie was going anywhere but SLU with Schertz considering he was always his prized player.
So Schertz franchisee tagged him. Geez.
