Let’s not invest in one of if not the biggest draw to Terre Haute and outside revenue generator and throw it at average basketball players.

I would look up where LaVern Gibson ranks as standalone XC facility. I’ll give you a hint….its at the top…..in the country. That place brings in so much outside money, attention, publicity, etc. ISU would be crazy to not invest in it because other communities are catching on the XC courses are revenue generators. We have to stay ahead of the other universities investing as McNichols and other visionaries put us in position to have a special resource in the NCAA world

To put it in the most basic terms: invest $2.3M ONCE and make $4.2M on a reoccurring basis with the championship almost every year.
