It was reported awhile back that the Horizon League commish was on their campus. Assume that’s where they go. Gives Horizon presence close to Chicago back.
One of the dumber moves in realignment just became official.
Going back to the original title of this thread; the Pac-12 still needs one more full member with football to be a conference. It doesn't seem like everyone is beating down the doors to join either. I think they really messed up by not adding UNLV right away.

No dumber than some other recent expansions. And the schools have to be willing to join; it's not like they are Greenland or Canada... UNLV had the opportunity to join but declined.

UNLV would have joined had the PAC not drug their feet messing around with the "AAC-4". That gave Gloria enough time to set up UNLV with a giant pile of cash.
So then you agree with me that the decision to join is with the school ( UNLV ), not the conference's?
