The Fighting Steve Englehart's are in the fourth quarter and driving and are only down 1 to #11 Mercer. In 3 years HCSE has taken Presby (PFL non-scholly program) from a 1-win team to a .500 team and is now threating a big upset on the road. I think that's called building an FCS program? Something tells me he'd take a certain FCS job in his hometown if offered....
Now PC is up 15-10!

Edit: Or not? Google says 15-10, but Warren Nolan says 9-10???

Presby pulls it off! We all hope Curt Mallory has a big season this year and ISU is the in the FCS Playoff discussion come November. If that doesn't happen, and it is another season at or near the bottom of the MVFC and Presby is above .500, buy out Mallory's last year and get Englehart before someone else does!

This Idaho vs Washington State game on the CW is getting very interesting. Idaho just cut it to 3 after a 9 min TD drive. Apparently the schools are only 9 miles apart and on TV it's starting to sound like an Idaho home game. 10-7 WSU with 6 min to go, but Idaho just got the ball back at the WSU 45.

So frustrating to watch a team that's given up 10 points all freaking game to go into prevent no pressure defense and let a crap FBS team go all the way down the field in no time at all to kick a game winning field goal. I really just don't get it.

I hate the prevent defense. If you don’t have a big line, the defense is going to creep up to the box knowing they are going to run the ball. Just keep playing to win.

Really want to see Alabama unranked, but I know they'll end up somewhere 15-25.

Guessing Boise and K State fall out of the top 25, I'd hope to see Florida State and Utah enter. Georgia Tech, Auburn, and Nebraska could sneak in too.

Been a long time since Ga. Tech has been in there. Auburn yes, maybe Nebraska.

Any idea what ISU Red is getting ($) for playing OU? find it online.

The standard rule of thumb is FCS schools get $500-750k in money games to power conference schools. If you see something lower than $500k, it's usually because of logistics -- like the schools being very close to one another versus the greater expense of shipping all of the foosball shit across the country.

Did you happen to read the clip of what OU was paying their opponents? Michigan is only getting 750k. That seems very low for a quality team like them.
