Menser consoling a sooner? better that picture than Menser or Block or Renn, etc consoling a iu player from those wins in 1999-2000 or 2000-01...

I was searching the net for a pic of Wichita State’s Ron Baker holding up Jake Oldum’s arm in recognition of Jake’s career while waking him to the sideline after Jake fouled out towards the end of the MVC conference championship game. I was there sitting front row and to this day I think it would’ve been a priceless pic. Anyone know of such a pic out there?

Watch from 1:34 (1 hr 34mins) on. They barely catch it but then show it again on replay. I guess screenshot it or maybe somebody can make a gif.

Thanks for the clip Dino. I was impressed with Baker’s display of respect for Oldam’s
career at a moment in time when both were fierce competitors.

Bakers dad hooked me up with extra tickets that year as I stayed at their team hotel. Always enjoyed talking with the Wichita fan base.
