I've always heard that...but never directly.

4Q_iu: Check out the 1953 ISTC vs SW Mo. semifinal game in the NAIB....the best two teams in the tourney met.How many people know that INDIANA STATE was the FIRST Integrated Team to play in the post-season?
Thanks to the efforts of the state, local NAACP, Clarence Walker and Coach Wooden
I have no idea why we don't have more memorabilia of the pre-1970s teams. Hulman Center has come a long way but there is still SO much dead space around. Why don't they paint "1950 NAIA National Champions" under the press box where they put the broadcasting cameras? Would it hurt to have 1946 & 1948 NAIA National Runner-up banners in HC? What about a 1968 DII National Runner-up banner? We have 10 conference championship in the pre-d1 era; why do we choose to forget it?These are the very things that should be displayed throughout Hulman Center.....and yet ..................
Try to get that done

Matt Burgess sighting!
I'm glad people are working on this. But why is it only a "possibility" and why are we "hoping for the best possible outcome"There are people working on a possible banner for the 12 NAIB/NAIA tournaments in which ISYC/ISU participated.
Let's hope for the best possible outcome.
It's ISU. They never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity...I'm glad people are working on this. But why is it only a "possibility" and why are we "hoping for the best possible outcome"
It seems pretty simple to me: Order the Banner(s), hang them up. What could possibly be the issue with this not getting done the right way?
