Alright I hate posting a thread for this, but wanting to see if anyone else has had the same problem and knows of a fix.

Been contributing to the NIL fund on a monthly basis for about a year now. $10 + whatever small change for the processing fees.

Well the last 2 months, that has shot up to $24.99....despite me not doing anything to change my contribution. I'm also not receiving receipt emails like I have been in the past. If I log on to the original payment processing site, it looks like they haven't been the ones doing the charges the last 2 months as they don't have an active membership for me on there. If I log into the Crossroads website, it also doesn't show me as having a recurring membership, just my payment from the golf tournament.

I'm assuming Crossroads switched payment processors...but they also managed to upgrade me to the next highest level of payment while also providing no way to actually figure out how to change it or cancel it.

So uh...anyone else run in to this? Any advice? Thanks. I don't want to hit CoC with a chargeback or anything, especially if I'm being dumb and just overlooked an email or something, but this is kinda absurd.

Yeah may be a good idea. The only way I knew it changed was seeing the charge on my credit card.

The frustrating thing is that I'm usually pretty good with these sorts of things...and this has me stumped.

The Student Athlete Empowerment (who did the processing in the past, sent the email, sent login information, etc) website shows all my billing history. Recurring charge every month up through the September payment. That was also the last payment they processed at the original, correct amount. Nothing since through them. If I check my memberships on there, it shows I have none recurring at the moment.

The Crossroads website only has my active membership listed as "Golf Outing" and shows my only payment as ever being from the golf outing this year. If I go to try and change or cancel my membership, it takes me to the Striipe billing website...where it shows my only payment being the golf outing (and on a different card than the one that is being charged for the monthly payment).

So best as I can tell, something happened between the September and October payments where my recurring payment was changed from $10 a month to $24.99 a month (with no notice), the company that previously did the processing is seemingly no longer doing the processing, and to top it all off the Crossroads website doesn't even have said membership tied to my account so I can't change anything or even validate that this is what's happening.

Having nearly the same problem. Let me know if you figure it out. I can't even get logged into my CoC account. I keep trying to request a password change and never get a response. I guess not only the players and coaches left last year....you nailed it. What a cluster fu@%.
 
We’re in the process of moving away from SNAIL and moving to a new vendor for various reasons. A lot of moving parts is all I can tell you all and without a dedicated employee who it’s that persons full time job to get all this done - things happen very slowly.

The issues reported above are on a long list of reasons why we are moving to a new platform. So hopefully things can improve in the near future.

Just checked. My normal $100 monthly donation wasn’t pulled 2 months ago and this month it was $24.99.

I’ve never gotten an email for CoC thanking me or anything for that sort. Seems the payment processor is setup in GA. All of it just seems so mismanaged. The things we do to ensure we have good bball players 🤢 (can I get a refund?)

Just logged in and mine also was stopped with last pull on 9/10.

Also noticed that I also had no monthly receipt emails either after 2023.
 
For all of those having issues, I have screenshot them and sent them to somebody who can actually do something about it. I don’t have any real administrative authority over this thing. I’m just helping out when and where I can.

So just so you know, someone is looking into the issue and I screenshot your messages and sent them on.

I hate to bother John Newton about this, as I am not sure if he is still in charge of the collective. Anyone out there know what alum is trying to change or fix this?

Same. I was at $10 a month but now it’s been $8.99 the past 2 months.
 
I was giving $50.00 a month for about a year. I went on the site and upped it to $100.00 a month and they started taking out $150.00 a month. I tried to call them and never got an answer. After 3 months of $150.00 I stopped giving.

They stopped taking my $50 after the September payment, haven't taken one since, and I apparently don't have an account with CoC. Hmmm...

Same no account. I think I signed up prior to that being setup. Idk. I also got a $24.99 charge today.
 
Cancelling your donation solves the issue...same thing happened to me. I have zero tolerance for issues when it involves my trust and my finances/credit. I'll find other ways to donate to STATE as I have long before NIL was ever a thing.
