That’s just terrible defense from Young. The swing pass is coming if you literally are in his space when he catches he doesn’t get a shot off. Going at him with 2 hands in the air isn’t defense - it’s lazy.

Terrible awareness… I knew watching that guy was ready to dial one up. How does a D1 ball player not know that?

gotta defend it. Almost all of them have been wide open with very little defensive pressure. It’s not been a great defensive effort.

I thought about this but it’s been some bad habits to where he had to play that way at his previous school so it comes down to trusting your teammates.
