Just heard that USI after the game offered scholarships to the toga guys!
The Toga guys had a day!! If only they could have hit the putt.

5 of those 10 boards were on the offensive end. I don't track individual offensive rebounds, but I would imagine that might be an individual high going back a bit, especially in the limited playing time.
It was really nice to see a little bit of confidence building in Daughtry and Shetlar especially. Vorst had a bit of a down night as far as making shots, but I love it when the "bench" can hold/extend leads and get some real game time.
I also don't recall the last time we out-rebounded a team by 20!

This game could not have gone more perfectly in my eyes! A great day.
Julian Larry may not have as many 3pt attempts as Swope or Conwell, but he’s shooting 61.9% on the season.

Kent has scored in dbl figures ever game this season. Tonight was a low rb game for him. He’s been so darn good.
But what Larry is giving this team especially his shooting - goodness. People are talking about Kent for most improved and deservedly so but I’d throw Larry into the conversation he’s dramatically improved every season he’s been here. Kid has been a workhorse. I’m so thrilled for him. My earlier posts on him were very very critical - but long term I’ve jus then flat wrong he’s been an absolute PTP’er.
But what Larry is giving this team especially his shooting - goodness. People are talking about Kent for most improved and deservedly so but I’d throw Larry into the conversation he’s dramatically improved every season he’s been here. Kid has been a workhorse. Guys have a full week to stay fresh (11 days for Swope) and then the 1sr half play allowed for the other starters to not play major minutes.
I know JS talked about it a little, but it was great to see Eli and Jaden get somewhat meaningful minutes (or at least extended). There’s gonna be a game where we need someone like Jaden to give us a lift off the bench and this will go a long way. Idc who the competition is, 15 pts and 11 boards in 13 minutes is not easy to do!
Vorst had trouble finishing, but 7 rebs and 5 ast is impressive.
Can’t wait to see the guys on a bigger stage Saturday!

Hung out with IU buddies that stayed home today to watch IU and they regretted it. This team is starting to get noticed. Man, that was fun to watch.
