Interesting reading with some bulletin board material for next year. To summarize it:

1. They are terrible.

2. We are terrible, they are just worse than we are. We may have improved, but not that much.

3. It's all Spack's fault.

4. They lost to the worst program, with the worst stadium, with the worst budget, with the worst players and worst fan support in the league.

5. It's all Spack's fault.


The best thing they had to say about our Trees? This is just cause for their poor fan support to get even worse.

I will concede a couple of the issues on point 4. But we are working hard on those points.

Overall my parting comment for them is it could be much worse than this. They could have you know who as AD and another you know who as head coach.

Good job Sycamores! We are PROUD of you!

Yep! It gripes me that they gave us little or no credit for improvement over last year. We just kicked their posterior by 35 points. That's got a nice sound to it doesn't it?

We have no fans, but I would say MS was pretty close to capacity today. The environment at the game was spectacular. That was probably one of the loudest ISU football games I have been to.

Who cares what they say. We just owned them in an absolute route. Their escuses are lamer than their teams performance today. If you can't say anything good about us after today you don't know football.

Went and read a couple of posts. There was at least one with nice things to say. Don’t get the bashing of our stadium and fan base. I thought both represented themselves well today.

Interesting to note that Missouri State also scored 59 points today. Maybe even more interesting to note that they lost by 13. Maybe they will show us a little respect. We need to prove this was not an anomaly.

More seriously, the folks that were talking smack over there needs to back up and realize what State has come back from. We had an AD that was dedicated to getting the football program dropped -- we're talking Rachel Phelps from Major League here. There is a reason why a lot of the things are the way they are and we're slowing getting away from that.

Seeing Ron Prettyman out at the tailgates before and after the game speaks volumes about what he has meant to Indiana State athletics. A class act who is knowledgeable and who is passionate about the football program. It was nice to see how happy he was after the game.

if you all think the Redbird message board will be the last message board to have a meltdown like that after losing to ISU, then think again. Anytime ISU beats another MVFC team it's gonna be fun to watch that teams' message board meltdown. They'll all be on suicide watch like the Redbird fans are now.

That is the most attendance I've seen in a long time...ISU 4-1 in 04 and it was only 6,000....over eight is a beautiful thing....nice pic...
