Let me first apologize to any and everyone who has ever complained about the HC ticket office. Personally I have limited dealings with them and on the rare occasion that I have had to deal with them I haven't had much of a problem. Now my complaint:
Someone help me out here, women play at home tonight right? 7:05 start?
Men play at home tomorrow afternoon right? 1:05 start?
So you would think that if a fan (myself) went to the ticket office today at say, 3:30 that the ticket office would be open right? In my case I needed to pick up 4 tickets with a voucher that came with a package I bought at a silent auction a few months ago.
That's right, you guessed it, (by now your shaking your head) the ticket office was closed, lights off, doors locked, CLOSED!
Oh and I wasn't the only one walking up the ticket office, two other folks were trying to do the same thing as me. Nice work Hulman Center and Indiana State - sorry but Indiana State this is a direct reflection of you all and it's horrible management. You all have a bleeping game tonight! You know what became wrong with the world along time ago? People don't want to work to make money, they just expect the money to show up in the damn bank account one day and la de freakin da how in the hell did that happen? Hey dad is that Paris Hilton over their? You got a job to do people, do it!
Let me answer the money question, you know the reason that money ends up in the bank account every 2 weeks? People like me, the two other folks today walking up to the ticket office window and every person on this forum that has at some point bought a ticket to watch Indiana State athletics. You got people on here that invest hell of a lot more money into Indiana State than I - but I will be damned if it should matter what school your cheering for or how much money you give. Stop taking every person that walks in the door of the Hulman Center for granted - learn some basic customer service and NO being closed 3 hours prior to a game on a Friday (non-holiday) is not good customer service. In fact (I think maybe it needs spelled out for them) it's horrible customer service.
Happy New Year! Moving On!
