Great news to hear!

Also saw a video where Dr. Bradley said they are demolishing that one building just north of the old track that is right along highway 41.

Ya, that place was always an eyesore...and environmental cleanup was expensive (wonder who paid for that?)

I am down to three articles from the Tribune-Star. Is it possible to run the article here or do something so that we can read it?

We can only hope!

Pretty proud of the effort of those involved to cleanup and utilize the Wabash River. It's had a stigma around it my entire life - even been a contentious point of division in our city. The river is much cleaner now than it was when I was growing up. I know a lot of people who utilize it for fishing and pleasure boating.

Side note: Several local leaders are partnering with Purdue rowing club to bring crew to the Wabash River. Wabash Valley Crew is what it will be called and it will be an unaffiliated club sport offered in the near future in our community.

Hopefully the ICON building, the track and other development along the river spurs future growth and greater utilization of the Wabash!
