The scoring defense is misleading, as they have played better that that stat (other than giving up 400+ yards rushing last week). We have to find a way to keep the offense on the field longer, even if they are not scoring.
 
I know the passing game is not where it needs to be yet, as Miles has noted, but I think we have to pass a little bit more. We aren't going to dominate many teams at the line of scrimmage and run it down their throats, not with younger players and no threat of a passing attack. We've seen that the guys can throw. Let's try it a little more. Maybe teams get more interceptions, but as much as we've been fumbling the ball it wouldn't be that big of a difference. I agree, we need to give the defense a break.
