The Indiana State women?s basketball program continued to add size on the perimeter with the addition of 6-foot guard and ?big-time scorer? Chelsea Buher as a transfer from the University of Illinois.

More info on Chelsea. Her uncle is Coach Dan Sparks, longtime coach at Vincennes University and now coach at Wabash Valley College. He received his masters at ISU. No doubt she was raised around basketball.
