Uh oh.

With two road games after this, definitely a game that we need to win.

UNI is going to come to Terre Haute playing for the conference lives. We better be ready to match their intensity as I'm sure they're going to be playing their hearts out. I don't think UNI has the horses this year, but they're still a dangerous outside shooting team that if they get hot can pose a big problem.

We need to keep the pedal on the accelerator all game, and take these cats out behind the barn and give them the Old Yeller treatment!

Well a couple things are for sure.

If we out rebound them.

We turn the ball over fewer times than them.

We have more assists than them.

Make more 3's than them.

Make the same amount of FG's as them.

Shoot more free throws than them.

Have the same amount of fouls as them.

We ought to win the damn game. Then again we did all those things and yet STILL got beat by freaking Drake. I mean that is just insane...

Impressive how many FTs we have had compared to other teams in the league. Of course playing so much in OT helps (gives us more chances to get to the line). Shocking how few FTs UNI has taken this year.

Ya, gets worse in MVC play only (4 gm):

ISU FT: 45/75 - 64% (10th)

Rickman: 1/8 or 12.5%...yes, it means he'd miss 87 of 100 ft's! :disturbed:
Murphy: 13/22 or 59%

We will do our best to make them look like a national championship team.

Ya, about this time of the MVC season, Jacobsen always seems to "turn the tide and catch a nice breaker."
Unfortunately, ISU is always the "surfboard" that initiates this change in direction...
