wow, after watching MSU just blow a 19 point 2nd half lead and lose to WSU I'm not sure they're gonna be mentally in the game Weds. night. Devastating loss for MSU for sure. And in front of a record crowd of over 10,700 people. We need to come out and punch them in the face early, get a big lead and not let up.

MSU always plays us tough in Terre Haute, they are 4-4 in their last 8 games here. So we've got a 50-50 shot at winning. Maybe a little better since it's in Terre Haute.

Almost. Wonder if they'll have a big letdown after that heartbreaking loss. All I know is we better have a helluva week at practice or we could end up dropping several in a row. I wasn't high on MSU after watching the Loyola game but they looked much better tonight.

Another way to look at it is that everyone will play their best game against Wichita. Can they do it again? We'll see...

Not a huge fan of that cliche but I get it. Anyhow, I hope we have a good crowd Wednesday. Just saw that MSU had over 10k in attendance for the Wichita State game and it looked every bit of it on TV.

I believe the upper level tix are $6 (2-18) and $8 (adult) -- maybe they need to have a $5 pack the house special?

This is a HUGE opportunity. To win this game and be 5-0 in conference going up against the #6 team in the country on ESPN2...c'mon doesn't get much better than that.

Go Sycamores beat the Bears!

Bear Week!!!! Congrats on you win yesterday, be an interesting game Wednesday. Will MSU be hungover, will ISU be looking ahead. Bears had the biggest crowd of the year in the valley, will ISU trump that? Pickens is still out for MSU, will ISU light it up from outside. It's a road game so I don't expect a win but I do think last nights MSU is a more likely opponent than LUc's MSU. Should he lots of fun.

The only thing I am sure of is that even if the crowd is the largest of the year so far it won't be 10,000+. Doesn't matter though; looking for a hard fought game that doesn't even resemble the games either team played yesterday.

Jason, i thought all upper bowl seats were $5?

Still reasonably priced in comparison to other Valley schools but not $5................

Single Game Tickets

Lower Level Priority I $25
Lower Level Priority II $15
Upper Concourse Adult $8
Upper Concourse Youth (2-18) $6
Group (25+) $5

Now someone explain how you can get one of the lower level tickets for the above prices?

Jason, i thought all upper bowl seats were $5?

I can't remember what Single Game Ticket Prices are, but our Upper Bowl Season tickets are only $50.00.

Also, it is actually printed on each game ticket, the per game price. In other words, the per game price for a season ticket holder, which again is printed on the ticket, is only $3.58 per game. What a bargain!!! Even if you can't make it to every home game, who cares. At least when you do go, you've got your ticket...and no hassles to buy a single game admission.

Plus, when you get your Season Tickets, if you don't like your seats, you can exchange them until you find upper bowl seats that you do like.

Also, I've always said there's not a bad seat at the HC. As some people might know, that's not true. IMO, the worse seats are those in Rows AA, BB and CC in the Upper Bowl. Why? The Guard Railing that goes around the entire Upper Bowl, is constantly obstructing your view. You are either constantly looking through it, around it, or over it....

Look at the minutes logged by the starters in this slugfest in Springfield yesterday:

http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=400500070

I think the main difference between Wichita St and us, is the fact that we consistently have 6-7 guys that can have a big game. And their starters are their team, and then when their bench comes in, they are not as good.

For example.

Our PG we basically have three that have had big nights this year.
JO
Dawon
Devonte

At SG we have two that consistently have good nights and one that has a key role that fills it well.
Manny
Khristian
Lucas

At F we have one main and then two that might have a 10 point game here or there.
Justin
Jake
Demetrius

I'm not exactly sure where to put Brandon Burnett..

So I see 8 guys that they have to plan ahead for, where we have to plan for 5 guys. Force them into foul trouble and make them use their bench.
