As much as we needed it, that still shouldn't have been called. Let that play happen twenty times and I can't imagine it would be an offensive foul more than once. I'll take it though.

Great win tonight...much needed. Hopefully this is the win we needed against a quality opponent to get us back on track. I didn't see any of the game, but from the looks of the score we won ugly...which is how we're going to have to get it done this year.

It was the right call - you don't let a guy play when he dives in. I had a good vantage point at the game - it was a good call.
 
I'll take an ugly win!!! Hell I'll take any win at this point! Not sure this team is really one thats capable of winning pretty but overall loved the effort from the guys tonight n that along with better shooting was the big difference. 1-0 in the second half of the conference season!

Not saying it was the right call or wrong one, just saying that vast majority of the time it doesn't GET called and certainly doesn't get called on the offensive player. Same type of call that if we were at Northern Iowa and it went against us we would all be saying that "we never get that type of call". Still shocked it went our way.

It's about time we get something going our way. We were way past due.
 
Good win, fellas. Doesn't mean a thing if you lay an egg against Evansville, though. Gotta keep that chip on your shoulder!
 
Next two games on tv. Eville on national tv (ESPNU) and then Drake next Wednesday on FoxSports. Win on Sunday and we would be right back in the middle of the pack in the league.

I'm pretty optimistic.
Odum and SM will shoot better.
Gant is a very good shooter.
Kitchell can score inside and RJ will score more.
K Smith was a pretty good scorer for his prep school team.
Manny scored and rebounded real good for the Canadian team.
And a lot of fans like Brown in the exhibition game.

hurray we won, now lets salvage the rest of the conference season, win the bracket buster, then we'll let st louis play out. i'm still excited about this season.:sycamores::sycamores:

I'm hoping the younger guys will get a better feel when they're no longer role players coming in off the bench.
