Showing CONSISTENCY, something that he's lacked in yrs. 1 & 2. Now if we could develop his STAMINA without throwing cold water on his game performance. He went empty the 1st 8 min of the 2nd half before sinking 2 Ft's after a steal @ 11:50ish.

Nice work, making critical of being named to an all tournament team :)

Guess that you're so blindsided that you couldn't discern the "showing consistency" aspect of my statement. In a nutshell, we can't have big GUNS like Gant go silent in eight (8) minute intervals if ISU has any intention of going anywhere this season.

Yep other than one game been very consistent.. If he gets his Reb. average up a little he'll be everything we need as a lead big man.

He's the best offensive "tip man" we have...last year about this time he had MAGIC FINGERS, then for some reason, he would always be trapped 8' beyond the goal after an ISU missed shot. I'm a firm believer in the TIP GAME, especially by shorter/quicker squads that are usually unable to gain favorable POSITION in the paint v. the Goliaths of the game. It keeps the ball "alive," thus allowing subsequent scoring/re-possession opportunity while still allowing the backcourt to set up their "D."
