I hate to say it....but I just saw photos of us in the ocean. I'm worried. 1) this is a business trip. I can't expect the team to not have fun in Florida but 2) when you start moving around in water you start using parts of your body you're not used to using. And the fatigue in those parts affect everything. Please tell me we do some conditioning in the pool here at home.
Somebody talk me down.

There's a huge pool at ISU that I'm sure they use and probably most of their hotels have pools when they're traveling. Also it's early March. If they were in the ocean I doubt they were in it too long, because it's usually pretty chilly still unless you are in far south Florida.

The other teams are doing the same thing.

It’s the CBI… I wouldn’t be too worried about my team coming out flat or having sore muscles in a tournament that means absolutely nothing. It’s a $25k vacation. Enjoy the sun and the ocean all you want.

Zero worries. Absolutely a business trip, but this also isn’t the NCAA Tournament, so go have fun for a few hours. ‘96 is right. My family vacations 20 minutes south of Daytona and that water is freezing in March. I’m sure they were splashing around for a short time…not swimming laps in the Atlantic Ocean.

They are saving ISU money. Instead of a postgame ice bath they are standing in the ice cold Atlantic! Think of it as physical therapy!

go take a break and for sure don't waste your valuable time & mouth watching or complaining about them playing a game ....... relax man relax.

Some money came in against us today at MGM as they now have us at 10.5 favorites. Pretty much everywhere else still has us at 11.

We were very good against the spread this year. Hope our guys get a good night of sleep and come out and just set the fucking tone for the whole tournament tomorrow.
