Overexposure is for sure a big part of problem.. How many times can you stand hearing LarryMac tell you about the "shock package" or the "track bar" stuff.?
And now we have doping !! Maby Bank can remember in the mid-fiftys at the old Fast Track, half of the field of drivers were inebriated before the racing started. The most important part of the equipment we took to the track was a cooler full of Falstaff Beer, or in the case of some from Nevins Township "homemade Hooch". BOY! was the racing great ! Agressive but great. And the fans could afford to go. Can't afford to load the kids up and current prices.

Ok let me ask a fair question, is this a Nascar problem or is this an America problem? Maybe a little of both, but about enough of this being issues selective to Nascar. Again, show me something that is perfect I will show you something that is not.

The over saturation of NASCAR is a result of greed on the part of TV networks and NASCAR. I consider leaving traditional tracks for more populated areas a part of that greed. Many of the other problems facing NASCAR are a result of the America that we have today.

Never cared for NASCAR so it doesn't matter to me what their crowd sizes are. I love IRL but only on ovals, which they don't do enough of. It's a crime they aren't racing at Michigan and Pocono. At Michigan and Kentucky, you can see the whole track. There's no situation where one car has ten behind it because they can't pass like on the street courses. IRL ovals give you flat out racing.
