WANTED: Passionate Sycamore Fanatics. That You?

Register NOW to join our community of die-hard Sycamore fans.

They dropped lower bowl tickes and they sold out in under 10 minutes like a madhouse. You could dots disappearing while you were looking at the map. Incredible.

Heading down now.

there wasnt a bunch, I put row H behind the score table in my cart but i just dont feel like going because its so late and im getting over being sick. so i dumped it back. I hope someone who really loves basketball got the ticket instead.

Here's something that might help going forward....why is the ticket I was trying to buy when the site crashed now on stubhub for 3x the price?

Just thankful Ticketbastard didn't use their "dynamic pricing" model for STATE tickets these last few weeks.

What Websites would anyone recommend for tickets to the semis?
No Clue, There are still tickets for $36.00 for the final game. If Ohio State would of won those would also be gone. All the sports sites have tickets. My tickets for the semi finals were only $43.00 now those seats are showing 189.00. They may go down once the "bookies" understand ISU fans won't in general pay that kind of fee. I don't see Utah or UNLV traveling if they win.

Stub hub had a TOTAL of 20 tickets available for the semis with an average price of +/- $300. I doubt prices go down but we will see.

you might get lucky day of the games when they try to unload them. I dont know how much sellers see about the traffic their tickets get. Like does it tell them your tickets have been viewed 1000 times in the last 24 hours?

from what I recall (pre-COVID), you had to be pretty pro-active in tracking your "tickets for sale" -- I don't recall any type of feature where I was notified of a looker/lurker for a ticket at a certain price. When you posted a ticket for sale, they'd recommend/suggest a price point BUT that was before StubHub and TicketMaster joined with the IRS to track your 'annual profit of $75.95' on the three tickets you sold...

I used Seat Geek for Tuesday and Stub Hub for Thursday. Both had the same very limited and high priced tickets for Tuesday. Stub Hub had more availability and lower prices for Thursday. I am in the nosebleed section Tuesday for $124 each. Middle section for $65 each for Thursday. That was at about 11:30 this morning though.

I wound up buying 2 on Stubhub ($48 + fees) and I got lucky and found one on the NIT site I bought just now for $34, no fees

I called the Butler ticket office and they said both days are completely sold out.

I still don't understand why they wouldn't have an allotment for teams, except that it's the ncaa!

I posted this in the game thread, but there are several scalpers in the Indianapolis metro. Most of them also cross post on the Indianapolis Craigslist so if the online sites show sold out, you may give that a try. I used Circle City Tickets several times to get concert tix when I still lived in the area.

Does everybody realize Hinkle Fieldhouse seating capacity is the same as Hulman center or maybe a few hundred less if we could ever figure out how many HC holds? It used to hold 15,000 when Jimmy Chitwood played there, then was reduced to 11,000, then reduced again to its current configuration of 9,100 seats. With ticket sharks buying up tickets and 4 schools wanting tickets is why it is hard to get a ticket. They should have left it alone, the big ol' barn!

More SF tickets coming to the $100 range on StubHub today.

The championship game tickets on StubHub have a bunch in the $60-$80 range.

Don't even bother with the "all sessions" category -- tickets there are sparse and the cheapest is $287.

I mentioned in another thread that I contacted folks within STATE to inquire into the possibility of a viewing party in Hulman on the Daktronic screens...maybe make a presentation about the Crossroad of Champions beforehand. Other knowledgeable Pride members pointed out they can't charge admission, but perhaps free will donations to the CoC are acceptable? I got a reply...(my contact person is a GOOD DUDE)...no guarantees, but it's something they might look into.

I had an Ohio State fan reach out to me on Facebook stating they would like to sell their tickets.

They are in Section 219, Row 6, seats 9 & 10. I have been to plenty of college games, and I know what the tix are going for on the secondary market. I'm not trying to get rich and I'd like a devoted fan to get to see the games.

If you know anyone on your site who may be interested, I'm looking for $100 each (per ticket per game). That's $400 total for 2 tickets to the Semi-Final game(s) and 2 tickets to the Championship game.

If you are interested, inbox me and I will give you his contact info.
