You disagree with what? lol FAU is wayyyy better, nothing to disagree with. Turnovers are going to be a constant problem for this team, will be at or near the bottom in the Valley in turnover so nothing to disagree with here.

You disagree with us being ready to play? Ohhhhhkay. Gotcha.
Yes. Glad you got it.

On a hopeful note, watching this team mature, grow and get better would provide a different kind of excitement that can be a great experience as well...🤞

Glad I played pickleball. Missed the game. Agree with Shipp. Expected a rough start, will improve.

Believe HCMG 1st year will be noticeably better than former coach 1st.

Glad I missed this one!! It's only one game, we can only get better from here. By the way our great big man Avila got injured in game tonight vs Santa Clara, reinjured his ankle.

Glad those two got paid at Texas. Thud of debuts for both. Was watching it in between sets at the gym.
Just makes me realize again how special last year's team was, it was beautiful basketball. This Texas/Ohio State game is hard on the eyes. I do wish JL and JK the best though.

20/20 hindsight, but this might’ve been a good season for an exhibition instead of 2 secret scrimmages in controlled environments.

FAU got their exhibition and a charity game against Auburn, and last night it looked like they had good chemistry for returning just 3 guys. They had a chance to work out some problems ahead of time in live game settings.

We gotta use eureka college to get right and build confidence. Never had conference title aspirations for this season, but think we should be able to sit .500

Anyone listen to the post game interview with HCMG on the radio? I turned it off before then and was curious if he had anything noteworthy to say.

This season will be a "work in progress" as will future seasons with now normal turnover. We need to expect it to be a new venture every season now some good some not so.

Who knows how this season plays out. But we will have to revisit this thread come March if we want to evaluate the players and coaches fairly. There is tons of room for improvement. I honestly wouldn't be shocked to see FAU in the top 25 at some point this season. They had a ton of talent, that's what an influx of money into the program looks like, they bludgeoned their way into being an elite mid-major. They obviously have some enormous geographical advantages for that. But the worry on our side and is majority of the game we didn't compete. If we would have competed and lost by 20 I honestly would have been fine with it. But there was a lot of guys that weren't even looking to get to the basket. Like I said, tough opening day matchup to face an unknown ultra athletic team with no scouting report. The joy in this season will be watching the improvement hopefully

Ya, if anyone can find the interview view, please post it. I’ve searched everywhere.
