MVC is wide open this season. Would be a good sign to be able to sneak out a reg season championship or at least challenge for it in what is a down year for us

We’re 13-14, with a 4-2 conference record.

Slowly but surely, we’re finding our way in this season.

We’ve got some solid offensive players and some pitchers making real progress.

Beck .288 8 HRs
Garris .319 9 HRs
Pena .347 leads team
Taylor .328
Armstrong 3.29 ERA reliever
Brooks 5.64, 7 starts as a true freshman
Suriel 5.79 hardest thrower on staff
Morris 4.44, reliable reliever
McEwen 5.04, reliable starter

All of the above players are trending upward IMO.

It’s all about the MVC and then the conference tourney.

It's a 1 bid league. Go .500 or better and win a conference trophy or two and it will be a good season for a "down" year

Trying to watch the Indiana State game at SIU-E but the home team is making it unwatchable.

The camera showing the pitching is so dark it looks like it is 11:30pm and the person running the camera behind home plate showing defensive plays has never worked a camera before.

On a groundout to short they zoomed in on the 3rd base ump and missed the whole play at first.

Great job

New fangled technology for Misery, eh?

I'm going to assume it's a student ran production crew so I'll give them a little bit of a pass.

I've noticed that coach Arch likes the small ball plays. Bases loaded one out, you're expecting to see the guy at the plate swing for the fences and instead we bunt down the 3rd base line to get a run in and keep the bases loaded.

Yes we bunt much more frequently.

I would say Arch is a little more conservative than Hannahs was
