looks like the big guns for ISU are going to Arkansas (host site for the NCAA championships in March) and the rest of the teams will be in Michigan. Good chance for everyone to have a very good weekend, regardless of where they're competing!

meets get underway here shortly, look for live updates from Arkansas and sporadic updates from Michigan. There are live results from Ark., none from MI

Dustin Betz leads things off for ISU at Arkansas with a 4:06.71 mile!

that is #4 all time at ISU and a 5 second PR for Betz!

from Michigan via twitter

Jessica Zangmeister runs second fastest indoor 5K in ISU school history at Grand Valley State ... 17:09.4.

Up next, 2 ISU hurdlers in the men's 60 meter hurdles.

in the men's 60 meter hurdles, Adarius Washington was 2nd in his heat (8.04). Greggmar Swift won heat 3 in 7.85 and will advance. Top 16 advance to the next round. There are a few more heats left

Greggmar Swift advances to the 60 meter hurdle final with the fastest time at 7.72, Washington didn't advance.

from MI, Wise and Campbell now have the 3rd and 6th fastest 200 meter times in ISU history, GREAT meet today from both locations from ISU.

John Mascari is not in the men's 5k tonight at Arkansas, he's running the 3k tomorrow.

The 2 ISU male weight throwers are doing well, still competing.

Felisha Johnson was in the women's weight throw today, but didn't fare as well. She'll throw the shot put tomorrow

Greggmar Swift will race next in a VERY difficult men's 60 meter hurdle final. He'll compete against the best in the nation!

If I am correct this Katie Wise, just a freshman!!! What a freaking get by the Indiana State coaching staff - one of the best in the nation already

That's kicking ass...what was his last 1/4?

last 400 was 60.8, so he closed fast!

at the meet in Michigan Zach Dahleen from SIU ran 4:00 for his mile, so the MVC nearly has a sub 4 miler this season! MVC is gonna be brutal! (but will probably turn tactical)

more results thru the day today. Mascari in the 3k at Ark. should be good!
