The new Forest logo

Here it is Sycamore fans! The official logo of The Forest. I am beyond excited to share this with Sycamore Nation.


This image here is going to be our Forest Fan image. For those who aren't students (alumni, fans, parents, etc...) We will be selling these shirts for you guys to represent our ever growing student section. Details on these shirts coming closer to the start of school.

I love the new design as well. Also like the idea that the regular fan can buy a similar shirt. My only question is what color will the actual shirt be? PLEASE don't use the same shade of blue as was used on last years Forest shirts. The shirts need to either be royal blue, white, or black.

I had marked this thread but had completely forgot to post my thoughts.

First, I love the new logo. I'm glad you stuck with the "mean" Sam look. Still love the Forest name, too. Much better than anything else we've had in the past including the Sycamore Psychos that I was a part of.

Second, I don't know your plans on shirts, but my only recommendation would be to look towards Notre Dame and how they have a yearly "The Shirt" for fans where they make a ton of cash for student scholarships. The Shirt has become a yearly tradition and it brings people in to their spring football game as that is when they announce and make it available. Also, the double benefit is that it is a "must have" for Notre Dame fans so you have a large majority of your fans wearing it at all of your games.
