The Indy Pro-Am League play continues tonight, with the Black Team, including Jake Kelly and Isiah Martin playing the Orange Team, featuring former Indiana high-schoolers Mike Conley and Josh McRoberts, who are now playing in the NBA. This game starts at 8 p.m. in the IUPUI gym (the building with the Natatorium). Earlier games will be played at 6 and 7.

As it turns out, Kelly had some joint tendonitis in the knee that he had surgery on. He and Martin usually go over together. They looked real good in two earlier games. The first game tonight went into overtime though and the 2nd game went into triple overtime. There is no entry fee, but the event parking in the lot is $4. The team with Zach Randolph and Fred Jones beat the team with George Hills and Deonte Vaughn in the triple OT.
 
The only cure for tendonitis is abstinence...I still see little benefit of college scholarship athletes participating in these events. The RISK(S) far outweigh any gain.
 
(Actually, I can't agree that abstinence only will work with... oh, you mean from basketball. /joke)

BankShot's right. Sit down, Jake. I know it's been a long time, but don't jeopardize that knee.
