So whose opinion should we believe? Yours or the coaching staff who is recruiting him? Don't hinder their effort; they know MUCH more than you.
I saw it on TV last night. I haven't seen him shoot but I thought he looked athletic enough and likes to take it to the hoop. I still have no idea if he has PG potential.
Maybe a guy we can add to our arsenal.
15. Jalen Pendleton: 6'3'' Shooting Guard, Evansville Bosse H.S.
He only has one Division I offer, from Indiana State. I really like him on the defensive end and is an overall good athlete with good strength. He needs to work on his perimeter game, but I see him as a good low-DI prospect.

Sounds like he has been talked to about playing both sports if he landed here. Not sure how Tonyan's verbal changes this, but the article is recent.

Why is Jalen waiting so long????? He isn't the highest on my to get list but I have wondered for a while why he hasn't Committed yet.
Committed to who? Us?
I'd imagine his basketball offer isn't actionable anymore. I'd imagine if the staff can't get a big Myles Walker clone, they'll pass.
