See that's my thing. If we can't get at least two for ones with Purdue then I don't want to play them at all. I'm sick of us going to Mackey just to get embarrassed. If we're going to play money games in basketball I'd prefer to see us play out of state opponents.

JBEN, I recall Diddle in '83 after I officiated the pre-season Brevard HS Basketball Jamboree @ Merritt Island. ISU was actually looking @ the 7'er, Will Perdue, who played for M.I. Perdue ultimately went to Vandy.

I recall Ashland when they went to the "Elite 8" Small College NCAA Finals in E-ville. The only exciting thing about Mussleman's stall tactic squads was when they brought their own team bench out in Roberts Stadium to sit on! B-o-r-i-n-g...but the student body taught the E-ville downtown area a thing or two re: HOW TO PARTY!

I think I’m going to try and make it to this tournament. Some friends and I have been wanting to go to Myrtle Beach for a golf trip anyway, so this is perfect. I’ll bring some rowdy de-facto sycamore fans with me!
