Roster weakness?? Where is that?
You mean for 25-26?

We don't have a single proven stretch four on this roster. We do not know what injuries may occur this season. We don't know who may develop quicker than others nor do we know who may regress or just not perform.

If you've got all of it figured out, kudos to you.

Perhaps coaching staff lands a recruit that has a real shot of cracking rotation. If not, then perhaps a high character, super hustle player that outworks everyone & sets the tone in practice. Options remain to improve roster with the last schollie.

25's sign in 3 months. i wouldn't think they would sign someone now.
Ok. Didn't realize 3 months. I see your point. Perhaps not likely, but still think coaching staff signs someone for '24-'25 if they believe the recruit or transfer helps the team this year & possibly beyond.

Guessing 60/40 odds (not signing/signing).

Isn’t Teel a senior?
Teel is in his last year of eligibility. Coach has said many times “we have 4 seniors.” Unless the ncaa gets taken to court and loses then Teel won’t have another year. The ncaa has been fighting it in courts and has already won against the Ivy League players whose season was canceled by their league during Covid.

Curious... Not that size and weight matter much... But I wonder if there is enough data available to compare last season's team to this season's team with the height and weight of top 8 players? Well... Might be impossible to know who our top 8 could be? Just curious.... Because physically we were able to hold our own enough in most cases last season. Our speed was an offset too.

who do you see as the top 8 players?

I averaged height of the roster & compared it to last year's, of all players. Posted it couple months ago.

Current roster taller than last year's, on average. Forget exact calculations, believe average height was inch taller than last year's. 6' 7" compared to 6'6", or thereabouts.

However, the 2 recent roster changes (losing Bobby & gaining Josiah) will decrease overall height of team. It's now probably about the same.

Just from watching some game and highlight videos, I don't think a comparison to last year's team is an unreasonable comparison. I'm not saying we are going to win 32 games, but I think we will be very competitive and capable of winning a lot of games.
We probably did not replace Robbie's passing and decision-making or Kent's cutting and rebounding; but we look to be deeper out to 8-9 players.

Yup... And Robbie was a defensive liability against a semi-skilled big.
