May as well have a poll for which of my kids I like best. Four of these are staples, Terre Haute Brewing now has some strong food as well.
Kudos to the new cook and Kitchen in THBC. Been there twice before games and the food was really good and reasonably priced. My only complaint with THBC is the Crossroads Cream Ale that helps fund our NIL, is so much better on tap than it is in cans. Not sure what the problem is. It should not be that far off when it comes from the can. I am tempted to try to seek out one of the brewmasters when I am in town for the next home game to ask why. Perhaps they had a bad batch or run when they recently canned it. Here in Indy there is no noticeable difference in taste when you buy one of our top local craft beers in cans. Champagne Velvet, Daredevil Liftoff, Sun King Osirus Pale Ale, you name it. None of it tastes different in the cans. Would love to see us offer the crossroads cream ale ON TAP at the HC. Anyone know why this is not available but just in the can? Draft would generate more profit, more NIL dollars etc. Who is in charge of the concessions where some of us serious beer drinkers can push this suggestion???

The Terminal was BUZZING Saturday before the game and pretty much everyone in there was decked out in ISU gear hours before the game. It was a awesome sight and hopefully becomes a normal pregame sight.

stopped in the Terminal with my group after the game. Very nice remodel of that space. About a third of the size of the old place, but much more upscale and really enjoyed a draft and conversation with my friends. Great vibe! I hear the food is great too. Check it out, you will not be disappointed. What will become of the Copper Bar next door? Anyone have any inside info on this? I know the previous owners got into tax trouble and the city took over the Indiana Theater, that they owned. Opening day for the Queen of Terre Haute Casino cannot come sooner. A lot of $$ is needed to restore this grand old lady of a movie theater. Hulman Links could use a nice infusion of tax dollars generated also, but I hear that the course is much improved this last year.

Gibson owns the Copper Bar I do believe. It will be fine.

The Indiana Theater was owned by Gibson and he donated it to the CIB. They currently have someone in doing the restoration work.

Hulman Links has been seeing upgrades and improvements over the last 5+ years. They’ve done a significant amount of tree removal and excavation work. The course is looking pretty sharp. Still a lot of work do it with cart paths - pretty bad shape. Bunkers are trash no sand in them just hard panned. And the clubhouse could use a nice renovation. But it’s nice for a public golf course.

Casino is said to have been in talks with Hulman, Idle and Country Club to have partnership(s). Not sure of anything definitive yet.

The Indiana Theater has, had a couple of owners - not just Gibson

Are they changing the carbonation when it's on tap?

In general beer tastes it's worst out of a can
