Change in Athletic Department?

WANTED: Passionate Sycamore Fanatics. That You?

Register NOW to join our community of die-hard Sycamore fans.

Not going to say the other employees name out of respect for them, but I watched the Deb deliberately back a staff member into a corner in the most unprofessional way pointing her finger. I am not sure what was said (she was huffing and puffing) but did not appear to be going well. I cannot express enough how inappropriate it was and viewed by many fans.

She is an embarrassing representative of the university and just hope we can limit any remaining damage.

Just send her ass to Chicago now.

Is there anything positive that is going to come of keeping her around? I certainly don't want her out in the community representing the school with the reports of her demeanor and attitude and if she shows her ass like this in public, only imagine what she is doing with nobody watching.

The separation agreement also states that ISU agreed to pay Clinkscales $165,979 in severance as well as other benefits and considerations. The severance, per the Tribune-Star’s Mark Bennett, "compensates Mr. Clinkscales for 50% of his base salary for the remaining 18 months.” The agreement also includes a non-disparagement clause for both parties.

Oh come on! This needs to be made public. Maybe she can get shit canned for cause and save the university a couple million bucks... :ROFLMAO:
I usually hate people that try to “win one over” by going to HR. But if made public I think Curtis would be seen as creating a hostile work environment at least in the public eye which is half the battle.

Is that THE Gary that commented after the article? Haven’t had a chance to read his bloviation in such a long time. How time flies.

Hey Pendleton, on the way back from East Lansing when passing the Pendleton exit on I-69, I saw a big Sycamore flag flying near the interstate…is that you?!
Anywho, pretty cool to see up that way.

I saw that too!

Bro I also saw in the middle of the woods along the highway in Liberal ass Michigan a woman in an orange vest well off the road again in the woods waiving two American flags… It was cold and overcast and she was just out flying the flags! I loved it - just sooo random.

Outside of Detroit and, to a lesser extent, Grand Rapids, Michigan isn't all that liberal. I go fishing up in Michigan for two weeks every summer. I'm not saying that they count votes funky up there, but if you just went by yard signs in 2020, Joe Biden would have finished 3rd behind Donald Trump, and "Wood for Sale."

That makes me feel better.

what you witnessed was the rally signal for the Michigan Militia to "rally" to plot the kidnapping of another Mich politico

Did anyone else find it odd that they included a specific clause in the separation agreement that specifically names Debbie that she would not make disparaging remarks instead of just saying University Administration or something as a blanket statement? I found that odd.

the agreement’s clause adds, “ISU likewise agrees that its President Deborah Curtis agrees that she will not make any disparaging or derogatory statements regarding Mr. Clinkscales.”

I wish they wouldnt have put that in there. Id like to hear what that moron has to say about Clink. Id probably like him more after she talked.

Ha nope, I'm pretty sure that's Brian Brown. He's a Pendleton resident and president of a construction and excavation company (But that's purely a guess). I actually live in Ft Wayne, now after taking a promotion last year.

I didn't want to go through the trouble of having to change/create a new username after having already done so once when I lost access to my sycamore.indstate.edu email.

You know you can just DM me and I can change it, right?
