It doesn't bother me at all. When Raetz was the man his defenses weren't the problem. In the roll he has taken on it doesn't hurt one bit. Raetz isn't running the D, he's just helping out. Also as we point out, we want to compete early on, Raetz's teams for the most part weren't push overs. It's a minor hire. Miles is one of Raetz's "Good ole' boys" , but in a different text.

I totally agree. Coach Raetz is too far beneath the surface in this new role. This is Coach Miles' team, Coach Diedrick's offense, and Coach Jackson's defense.

Bottom line.............. This is not Coach West's team.

Raetz's recruiting budget was cut in half from his first year to his last year. No one will win under those circumstances. The problem is resources not coaches.

Bingo.....I think the budget is starting to rise the last few years hasn't it 70? I can't remember, but didn't they get some more $ a few years back.
