I guess as a ref you would have called targeting? I'm not sure what the correct call would have been. I think it was definitely a very poor decision to throw the ball to that receiver.

Yeah a delayed handoff on 3rd and 1 isn't going to fool anyone when you as a coach run the ball 95%+ of the time in that situation.
21-10 ISU at halftime. That hail mary attempt by us at the end was about as good as an attempt as you could ask for. Maybe if the ball was thrown a second or so earlier we might have had a TD there. We get ball first to start the 3rd Quarter.
I feel like we waste so many timeouts.
