Interesting article about convention center funding, ISU relationship, etc. Any reason to read between the lines?

Thanks Baller for digging this up. Now that really is a bit humorous. I double-checked the date TWICE thinking this must be from 25 years or somewhere back to the future. I am nowhere near informed on this as I was before but frankly, I take it as an olive branch from Dr. Curtis and possibly stating that there's a hope in reworking the clusterfuck the CIB threw at ISU a couple of years back. I've got a pretty strong hunch as to what might happen here but maybe one of you guys (and ladies) might have a more informed idea about this. I have always heard that the $10mil might still basically "floating" around and that and that it might even be higher than that amount. Look, the whole idea of putting it (the convo ctr) on the river doesn't make sense because ISU isn't going to give up anything over there and the only option that truly makes sense is following the original plan. I suspect this "delay" in things happening is because of all this going on behind the scenes. I may be wrong here but Dr. Curtis could be working on this, or someone up near the top of the glass house.
