Stress Week at Wichita

I always think back to the way Shocker fans belittled Barry & SW Missouri State (SWMO at that time I think?) when they got passed over with a 21 rpi several years ago. What goes around comes around Shockos............

Too bad, because I'm sure everyone was looking forward to following Loyola as CBI Champions...sure helped 'em in the MVC regular season. They finished 8-12, we finished 9-11. We BOTH finished the season @ 15-17.

The CBS TV announcers during the Loyola-Shox game must be paid CBI reps, as they attributed Loyola's "developmental success" to the extra games during last year's CBI championship "run!":lol:

Naaa I don't take any joy and or pride in watching other fans or teams struggle - that isn't at all fun for me. I'm a bigger person than that. Watching other people struggle doesn't get me off at all.

Yes...in the case of Wichita I love to watch them whine and complain and endure all the struggles they have.

Jake's last two years here ended in NIT bids, one against Iowa and one against Arkansas.

The CIT bid came his sophomore year.

The only CBI bid we have ever accepted was in 2010, McKenna's last year.

I just hope they do something sooner than later so a new coach can clean house and hit the recruiting trail for some REAL basketball players before it's too late for next season.
