Yes...

And for Indiana State the only place you can live right now is "C" Tap Out! You have two choices in Option C, One you can quit pretending to be something you are not - a basketball school. Go win in baseball and track and field be who you are. Or you can cut the football program entirely or move it to non-scholarship and try and fully invest all resources into basketball and quit pretending.

Option B is not the way forward - the top 10 donors at Indiana State don't have 5 more years left in them especially at the current ROI they are seeing. The reality is that Indiana State doesn't even need 10 or 20 like the tweet suggests. Indiana State needs to get its top 3 engaged at the level necessary to compete and we don't even have that.

And Option A is probably the most intriguing but again back to "C"... If you can't make big boy decisions around football then selling your basketball program to PE or whomever is probably not on the table. Wonder what the valuation is on Indiana State's basketball program right now? We could come together and make them an offer they cant refuse....

Hope the Prez & AD agree.

I'll be disappointed if nothing changes soon. If I was in the 'for isu football' camp, I'd be for non-scholarship football, probably the most likely way to keep a football team, IMO.

I think they’re in agreement with themselves. I’m not sure they’re in agreement with me… ha.

1. They know something needs to be done with football but doing away with it entirely is not on the table.

- I think moving non-scholarship is a is our only hope. The reality is, enrollment is a key factor as is some hesitation to put “terminated Indiana State football program” on their resumes.

2. We need a few big donors to step up to the plate or it’s not going to matter what we do with football. You could do away with football or move non scholarship - not get those commitments and we’re going to be in the same spot.

3. Basketball could help out by winning some games… That would be helpful.
