WANTED: Passionate Sycamore Fanatics. That You?

Register NOW to join our community of die-hard Sycamore fans.

This is exactly where my home is at the last few days. My kids are in I guess we will call it denial (hard to understand when they're all under 6). They are drawing pictures and want to right them notes. I have been teaching them a lot of not lying to your friends and a little about the meaning of the $...
Damn, dude. This one hits me hard.

One thing is for certain... this has likely ended fans buying player-related NIL merchandise.
We'll buy our season tickets, no change to that plan. But 100% accurate on NIL merch. What is everyone going to with their t-shirts showing a sideview of Robbie yelling? Is there a planned shirt burning event yet?

Does he or his family still live in Terre Haute or have they got the hell out of Dodge already and went to St. Louis? Serious question!
In his press conference when asked the most important question of the press conference, which was "will you be watching the eclipse", he mentioned his cushy new office having a lot of natural lighting. Guessing they've put them up in a hotel or an apartment, hired a moving company to move them out, and Terre Haute won't see them again. The house hasn't hit Zillow yet.

This is the landscape of basketball today in 2024, thank u Josh Schertz for abandoning the program. U have to reload all over, and unless u get a dynamic coach, with some kind of personality, cause basketball is entertainment, more than ever, because of social media, can raise their profile. That's why I suggested Huggins.

I read an article about 2 weeks ago in SI said he was still interested to go back into coaching, on a Pittsburgh radio station. He also mentioned he would luv to coach West Virginia again but if not so I might have to RELOCATE, which I am willing to do!!! but it would have to be the right fit. This is all recent, so he's out there!!. Even at 70 years this guy could still coach and recruit, its in his blood Yes I would like to have a coach in this 40's or so, but Huggy would keep the program alive and make it an attraction, a place to go. I don't want to here attendance going down to 3,000 per game and quite. , I brought it up earlier, after Larry Bird the program went DOWN DOWN DOWN, If u read the history of ISU basketball Landini the president said, we did not have a vision whatever that meant, for 3 years we were on the basketball map, after that it was, lose, lose, lose. I hope they don't make the same mistake again. Look what happened in the second half of our season, Hulman sellouts, crowds bringing energy,
Doesn't the university realize how much revenue and a go to place, when u have an enertaining basketball team and wins as well how much of a money maker it is.

This is why I mentioned Huggins, just needs a chance and he's available. Graves yes would bring continuity, but his record of coaching down in Alabama has something to be desired. What went wrong down there ? He was there 5 years and never had a winning record, Yes it great he is a Hoosier, a Butler man, but we have to maintain the level of excitement bring the fans back to the Hulman Center

Please ISU don't make the same mistake like they did at the end of the BIRD era!!!

Yep, team only or bust!

Any sightings of dozens of carloads of ISU fans careening onto the plaza in front of Hulman, dumping ALL of their Avila/Kent/Larry/Swope/Conwell gear on the steps and setting it on fire?

Shades of the Gloomington fan base c.Sept 2000?

Alright let’s go back to square one
I was ridiculed for stating that hcjs was going to leave
No way he would leave isu
He did
As of today basically all players have hit the portal
Square one
We need a new coach
Let’s make some phone calls that may go nowadays but
1. Dane Fife
2 Dan Morrison former lbsu coach
3. Bryon Scott former nba player and coach who has publicly stated that he wants to coach again and would consider any ncaa offer
Any of the three in name recognition alone would be a plus to isu
