Since I created the profile, I knew about the kid. I had read and talked to enough people to say he was one of the best midwest points out there. Personally, I like knowing about players and potential recruits. When we face off against him at Wichita State, we'll know the back story. We'll know he is a kid we could have possibly had if our staff went after him. We'll know he has Indiana State connections. That stuff is cool to me. If you don't like it, don't click on the damn thread.

Agreed. Knowing the competition is a big part of sports; it makes no difference if you are a coach or a fan.

Fred has led his team to the state's final 4 with a 49-43 victory over #3 Warren tonight scoring 27 of his teams 49 pts. The game was highlighted by a 13-0 run by Fred after a Warren player slapped him in the face when Fred hit a 3 with the guy draped all over him. Probably not the smartest move to upset a player like that. Warren was expected to dominate as the went 6'9 250lbs at center and going to Toledo and a 6'8" kid going to Western Michigan. They also brought 6'5" off the bench. Auburn has done this without a kid over 6'2"

Very fun game to watch
 
Odd how we only get these detailed updates after we are licking wounds after a loss. I mean last details he wrote was after the Witchita game. But that's not intended to throw salt up our ass..... Thanks for the update buddy

You realize that the more you guys complain, I will be doing it more out of spite than anything. Granted I also do it for the people who are actually interested too but it's starting to be fun listening to "grown" adults complain about something on a message board.
 
you just tell them to "get the hell out and shut up"? You realize that I'm every bit the Sycamore fan that you are right? This started out as a nice little thread and then some cry babies started getting upset because he ended up going to a conference foe and I still wrote about him for the benefit of those who were still interested. There are a ton of threads on here that I don't even give second thought to or read because they don't interest me. Why do some people feel the need to click on something that they claim to not have any interest in and whine about the fact that it's there and people like reading it? Honest question here fellas...it's been said on here a ton of times...why do you read it if it offends you so much?

and to answer whoever's question about why I don't post on the WSU site...I'm not a Shockers fan
