During the 1990’s. Yes that was long time ago. Once a year Indiana State would play Butler. They would alternate on which team would host the game. Does anyone know when they stop playing this series of games ?
2007-08 was the end of the "annual series,".
IIRC, Butler tired of losing to State, we were deemed (by them) an interior program, esp as they began to dominate the MCC (now Horizon League) The series used to be an home/home, that was ended after the 1989-90 season...
They were a conf ( ICC ) rival from that league's founding thru the end of the 1967-68 season
The past 53 games in the series: Trees lead 27-26 since 1971-72

You think they're not going to allow fans to attend games because of COVID. You think things won't be back to normal by November to allow people to attend college basketball games? Maybe in some states and areans - but I will bet what little I have left to bet that we will be having fans at games. Lets be honest - it's not hard to "social distance" at an ISU game...
True but if COVID_19 has a rebound this late fall, early winter; i.e. during the "traditional Cold & Flu Season" then I will not be shocked by another round of Stay At Home Directives
Even the OFC members weren't here BUT the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918-19 re-appeared in 1919 for another round of mayhem

I'm going to go with - it's highly probable that this will rebound again at some point in time. I'm going to also go with by that time hospitals will be much more prepared to handle this situation as will employers etc.
Stay at home directives were needed this time around - a lot of unknowns and it helped. Moving forward if this is how were going to react to public health crisis - force the economy to shut down and force people to stay at home - I don't even know how to complete the sentence other than that is ridiculious...

I listen to a lot of sports radio and most ESPN talking heads have stated they've been hearing that most college sports will likely be crowdless this year. I fully expect to be opened back up, but I could see Governments not allowing any true mass gatherings like sporting events, concerts, etc.
