This has been a very poor defensive effort to start this half....kind of what I alluded to earlier about devolving to street ball. Looks like mass subs after this timeout. Lets get the bench some run and see their effort in a lopsided game. Hopefully the defense picks up as these guys try to show coach they are ready to be bigger pieces to the puzzle.

....nevermind, only new face in is Gray. Boy, Vorst and Alderink must be way down the list for coach for them to not get in this game.

Would like to see a bit more dribble penetration and finishing at the rim. This is a team we need to be working on finishing at the rim against. Too many catch-and-shoot threes.

The Odeniao kid isn't likely to be at UHSP after this year. He is the only kid on that team that can play.

Very displeased with the defensive effort this half. We now have the bench guys in, but interestingly Gray is out after only playing a couple minutes. He looked pretty rough, honestly but I expected that with him being out so long.

Vorst still with the lazy passing.
Vorst's play has been disappointing, but I wonder if it has to do with how much time he has missed. He was out 6 weeks during late summer early fall and then was hurt again several weeks ago. He looked so much better last year, so it seems like his injuries has hampered him.

Yeah, his confidence looks pretty shaken. On that OR he just had, he didn't power up very strong. Would like to see us run a couple things for him to get him a couple easy buckets.

They seems to be kind of the pattern with Vorst. He gets some run, starts to get his feet under him and play better, and then he gets hurt. He’s starting over a lot.

I don’t like this whatsoever. Other than giving some bench players, down the end of the bench players, some “game” playing time this is bullshit.
