I was sincerely impressed with the student section. Winter break, game before Christmas vs NAIA and there were actually students at the game, and they were standing throughout.

There was definitely more energy in the building than expected given the timing & opponent. Loved seeing all the young kids on the floor at game's end getting high fives & pictures from the player's.

Halftime show was great, & music selection to start the 2nd half was spot on.

Alderink looked super happy at end of game. Wish he could get more PT, but trust HCMG with these decisions. Good problem to have. Feel really good about the 4 freshman. Hope they all return.
