The pick and roll action by Teel and JD with 50 seconds left was a thing of beauty. JD is not afraid to drop the hammer.

Since the Bahamas we have started to play less bad basketball. Now if we can cleanup fouls and turnovers we will be in good shape.
It’s a very low bar on this team.@bigsportsfan did I call that or did I call that? Your boy Vorst got 4 fouls with 14 minutes left in the game. I’m
You’ve just added “watch ISU basketball on my iPhone on the ferris wheel at Union Station in St. Louis” to my bucket list. Two other plays that stood out were when Walker shot the three he made with confidence and knocked it down. Then LeGree did the same thing late. Got to love the freshman stepping up in big moments. LeGree’s hustle also stood out on the ball he saved going out bounds. Didn’t see Merritt’s minutes but they looked good in the box score.
Missed the first half and parts of the second half. Watched the end of the game from the ferris wheel at Union Station in St. Louis. Took the kids to the Polar Express.
I went through looking up stats and JD may work his way to front runner for 6th man of the year. His only competition is Lindsey of Murray state and Schmidt of Valpo. We was skeptical on JD at the beginning but he has really started to pick it up. The criticism was deserved at the time but I also want to give him his flowers for stepping up. And that goes for all the guys. Keep getting better.
we're getting poached regardless, might as well win...We need to start losing more or we're going to get poached again (joking of course).
Definitely. Daughtry has always been a good defensive rebounder, so if he can show the ability to guard other smaller post players (Bonsu gave him a helluva test last night) then he should absolutely get the bulk of the minutes at the 5.When the opponent isn’t overly tall/big at the 4/5 I’m starting him and playing him the bulk of the minutes over Vorst/Harding.
He was like 7 for 8 from the field in the second half by my count several of his finishes were in traffic or through contact.
Wow! That’s on par with ISU football attendance!!!!!!!Amazing 2357 attendance at the hotbed for college basketball tonight!
