With Boisvert having experience coaching at West Point I would think he would be a strong candidate.
Possibly, Conroy is an alumni of that asylum as well a former citadel HC; can easily see Conroy being a frontrunner

Btw, UE Forumites are pushing for ex-UE player MARCUS WILSON to become the next A.D. Also, here's putting $$$ on the in-state coaching contact to be former ISU 4-yr. GL Assistant, DAVE RAGLAND, now on the Butler staff as an Asst. The drawback on Ragland is that he's NEVER been a Div I HC.
I talked to a UE booster who say they liked Ragland in the previous interview, but McCarthy blew everyone away.

Also, the A.D. (Spencer) was pushing hard for McCarty...much of that baggage is aligned w/ their current dilemma and why he was 1st "overboard!":ROFLMAO:

Could we see an MVC opening before Evansville? SIU fans are calling for Mullins to demote himself to Assistant to pave the way for the return of....Chris Lowery. 😂
So much for SIU reading skills during the last dayz of Lowery's Carbondump experience in 2012. Most attribute his early success @ SIU to his predecessors, Bruce Weber & Matt Painter.

I know this isn’t a post about a job opening up, but it is related to coaching hire/movement.

watching New Mexico State right now against UCONN, how in the world has Jan’s not been snatched up by some P5 program? The guy can recruit and flat out coach. Sure he had a little baggage a few years ago but nothing worse that Calipari, Pearl or Sampson.

He is rumored to be a leading candidate for several jobs. Seen him mentioned with Kansas State, Mississippi State, etc.

Yea I saw the KState one too. He always seems to be mentioned as a candidate but never seems to get the offer. KState would be wise to make a deal with him. Really good coach.

not sure any of those three "stellar" citizens was caught ass-paddling people in a bar...

all of their "crimes" were "within the confines" of the ncaa "rule book..." well, other than pearl's phone tapping, not sure of the phone tapping laws in illinois, could ask linda tripp or monica lewinsky --- they know a bit about phone taps

More compensation & support details for new Rhode Island MBB HC Miller from the Providence Journal: "An $8.5-million deal — $1.4 million the first two seasons through 2023-24, $1.9 million in each of the last three through 2026-27. [...] Miller’s contract includes a salary pool of $765,000 for his support staff — three assistant coaches, three full-time staff members and two unpaid graduate assistants. His buyout starts at $1 million through April 2023 and declines by $200,000 annually over the life of the deal. The Rams have pledged to add more charter flights for road games and set a firmer timeline for the construction of a basketball-specific practice facility."
